A

Crushing/gripping pain
Retrosternal –> Neck, shoulder, jaw, teeth, back, abdo
Associated w/ paraesthesia/heaviness in 1/2 arms, dyspnoea, nausea, sweating
Provoked by exercise
Relieved by rest
Comes on over minutes
