Who are stakeholders?
Individuals, groups, organization that may affect, be affected by or perceive itself to be affected by a project and/or its results.
How is project resource management similar to project stakeholder management?
Both require the management of resources, expectations, assessments of the stakeholders’ impacts to the project, the execution of project work
When should stakeholder management be reviewed?
When the project moves through different phases in its life cycle, when current stakeholders are no longer involved in the work of the project or new stakeholders become members, when there are significant changes in the organization or the wider stakeholder community

An output of the identify stakeholders process. Contains stakeholder details such as identification information, assessment information, stakeholder classification

Compares the current engagement level of stakeholders to their desired engagement levels required for the project.
How can the engagement level of stakeholders be classified?
