Unit Officer Responsibilities in a post incident review and post incident analysis
. Once a determination is made that a PIR will be held (or PIA completed), each unit officer, directed by the battalion chief (PIA lead for PIA’s), shall complete an FRD-046, and email it, by the end of the next scheduled workday, to the battalion chief.
