An individuals view of the risk. Some may think a sport is dangerous whereas the other may not
Rugby may be looked at more risky for an individual where they may find football less dangerous

Warming up and cooling down

What are the causes of winding and the treatment for it
Blow to abdomen by ball or hitting action
Loosen clothing and sit in a crouched position and take deep breaths

Stop any bleeding by applying pressure to surface using dry material

Cover blister with plaster or dressing. If burst, Allow fluid to drain and wash then cover the area
