A
  • when an athlete trains mote then they usually do, this is the only way athletes can improve
  • working at a higher range then your minimum threshold of training working less then your maximum

  • the needs of the athlete must come first, using another person’s training programme will not work for every individual
  • an athlete just starting will not have the same fitness of a professional athlete

  • intensity: how hard your trains, depending on the aims
  • type: specific training method to achieve the particular goal
