12 minute cooper run
Cardiovascular fitness
Run as much as you can around a 200m area in 12 minutes.
Harvard step test
Cardiovascular fitness
Step up and down on a bench for 5 minutes and then measure your heart rate after 1 minute,3 minutes and 5 minutes. Then use the calculator to determine your results.
1 minute sit up
Muscular endurance
Do as many sit ups for a minute.
Sit and reach test
Flexibility
Put feet against box with legs straight and reach as far forward as you can.
Hand grip test
Strength
Grip the bar and hold it out straight,hold for 3 seconds
1 minute press up test
Muscular endurance
Do as many press ups as you can in 1 minute
Vertical jump test
Power
Put chalk on your hands and see how high you can jump.
Illinois agility test
Agility
Run around circuit as fast as you can
30 metre sprint
Speed
Run 30m as fast as you can.
