Open skill
Where things can be effected. An always changing environment.
Closed skill
Stable, predictable environment. E.G. penalty.
Basic (simple) skill
One that the player finds easy and needs little concentration to do. E.G. side foot pass in football.
Complex skill
Needs the players complete attention and concentration and its technically difficult to perform. E.G. penalty or step over
Low organisation skill
Clear,simple phases or parts. E.G. set shot in basketball
High organisation skill
Lots of complicated phases or parts. E.G. a somersault on a trampoline.
Massed practise
Learned without a break
Distributed practice
Learned in different sessions
Fixed practice
Practiced in single situations
Variable practice
Practiced in different situations

Specific,Measurable,Achievable, Realistic and Time
Manual guidance
When the coach is physically in contact with the learner.
