Fractures
A broken or cracked bone.
Abrasion or graze
When skin makes friction with the ground
Concussion
An injury caused usually by a blow to the head.
Dislocation
A bone at a joint is forced out of its normal position , as a result lf a hard blow.
Strain
A twist ,pull or tear of a muscle or a tendon
Torn cartilage
Cartilage is a firm elastic substance which lines adjoining bones. It absorbs the impact on the bones while reducing the friction during sport. Happens over long term overuse.
Sprain
A damaged ligament. When stretching too far past the normal range of a joint.
Type 1 fraction (inclosed)
Skin over broken bone is not damaged
Type 2 fracture (compound)
Bone through skin
Type 3 fracture (simple)
Simple line , no displacement
Type 4 fracture (stress)
Result of fatigue
