Cardiovascular fitness
The ability to exercise your whole body for long periods of time
A runner will need CVF because they will have increased stamina and be able to run for long periods
Muscular strength
The amount of force a muscle can exert against resistance
A weightlifter will ned muscular strength to have the ability to pick up a heavy weight agianst a resistance
Muscular endruance
The ability to use voluntary muscles repetadley without getting tired
Your heart has muscular endrance cause it’s a muscle that can do everything without getting tired
Flexibility
The range of motion of your joints
A gymnast needs flexbility to be able to bend they body such as doing kartwheels
Body compistion
The percentage of body weight that is muscle, fat or bone
Heavy rugby players may look fat but have loads off muscle underneath
