Firm module or papule, rolled borders, teleangiectasias, pink/red/yellow/translucent, “pearly”

BIOPSY!
removal: curretage, electrodessication, Mohs, cryotherapy, 5-FU
variable presentation: hard plaques, papules, nodules- ulcerations
Squamous cell carcinoma
SCC risk factors
sun exposure, untreated AK, chemical exposure (Arsenic &/or hydrocarbons), hx of HPV, immunodeficiencies, leukoplakia, skin injury (scar)
SCC tx
biopsy!
surgical resection- Mohs
electrodessication, cryotherapy
**Follow up- high recurrence
untreated actinic keratosis can lead to?
