- Pain scale (VAS)
- Night symptoms
- Levels of medication required

Indications for grades of mobs
A
Grades 1-2
- High severity/irritability
- High levels of pain - 7-10
- Acute condition
Grades 3-4
- Stiffness more/worse than pain
- Low to moderate severity/irritability
- Lower levels of pain 2-4
- Sub-acute to chronic stage
- Movement related pain, end range pain
