A
- symmetrical, red, tender nodules
- heal without scarring

A
- streptococcal infection
- sarcoidosis
- IBD
- drugs (penicillin, sulphonamides, COCP)

Pretibial myxoedema characteristics
A
- symmetrical, red lesions
- shiny, orange peel skin
- seen in graves disease

Pyoderma gangrenosum characteristics
A
- initially small red papule
- later, deep necrotic ulcers with vulvatious border

A
- idiopathic (50%)
- IBD
- connective tissue disorders
- myeloproliferative disorders
