Yes, it shows Dizzee’s life. Beginning with a matriarchal white woman - ‘superior’ to dizzee.
Then the puppets show the narrative of dizzee’s life including crime and poverty, to where he is now and how he recognises and appreciates his success.

She has a standard british expected accent and dizzee has a more rough accent - it shows the area he’s from which is a poverty ridden area.

Police brutality - white police man to black boys.
Black boys seen stealing - Alvarado - Dangerous.
Whites are seen as more important as she is above him and larger than him. Dizzee and the puppets are under her ‘control’.
