Service Recovery LOB Responsibilties Flashcards
The Service Recovery Team (SRT) is responsible for both
consultations and escalations.
You can reach SRT by
dialing in or via a warm transfer to the appropriate Specialist group in SRT.
Agents should seek a consultation with a Specialist from SRT to receive guidance on how to
de-escalate a situation or how to reach a resolution for more complex issues.
Members should be transferred directly to the escalation line if
it is determined after consultation or immediately clear that the Member needs to be escalated.
The only live channel the Service Recovery Team can be reached on is
phone.
The Service Recovery Team is not available in
chat and are only available by dialing into the LOB or via internal phone transfers.
Members can not directly reach
SRT via an IVR prompt.
