performance accomplishments, vicarious experiences, verbal persuasion and emotional arousal
How is performance accomplishments a factor affecting self-efficacy?
If you have achieved it before you are likely to be confident enough to achieve it again - success raises self-efficacy
How can performance accomplishments be enhanced?
If the performer has not only achieved the win but also enjoyed the experience
How is vicarious experiences a factor affecting self-efficacy?
