A

Children through age 7 or 65lbs must be properly restrained in a child safety seat or booster seat

Children from age 8 or 65lbs up to 16 yrs must be properly restrained in a seatbelt

  • Requirements:
    1. The seat belt fits them properly
    2. Sit up properly

No child under 65 inches or 12 yrs shall occupy the passengers seat, unless…

  1. There’s no back seat
  2. The back seat is filled with children
