Skin lesionsy

A

Petechiae, follicular hyperkeratosis with perifollicular hemorrhage, especially on the lower legs. Hair becomes fragmented and buried in these perifolliculár hyperkeratotic papules (corkscrew hairs,) also, extensive ecchymoses which can be generalized.

Nails: splinter hemorrhages

Sternum sinks inward: Scorbutic rosary
