Product Owner – ensure the project meets the goals. Will research the trends of society and wants/needs of customers
Developer – designers, data analysts, etc. They will collaborate to achieve the goals
Scrum framework
Organising the backlog – the vision is decided.
Sprint planning – the team get together, led by the SCRUM master. They will decide how the plan will be executed.
Sprint – the actual teamwork is complete. 2 weeks is the typical timeframe.
Daily SCRUM – short meeting that happens every morning so the team are kept up to date
Sprint review – at the end of the 2 weeks, the team will review where they are up to with the project
Sprint retrospective – allows the team to discuss what went well and how they can improve

Doesn’t have a definitive date
If team players are not committed, the project could fail
Difficult to adapt to large teams
Daily meetings can be overwhelming and too much for the team
