Need to involve other family members.
Trying to her husband wishes against the medical views
Clear position on the value of impaired life, may or may not be shared by her husband or other family.
Scared tht she will lose control over hsbnd care.
Listen to wife concerns
Enquire abt other family members
Explain the ambiguity of prognosis, including the possibility of survival
Expln life support is temporary
