Explain aims of the interview. Say y meeting taking place.
Gather information: explore her circumstances & her feelings abt her time
Outline staff concerns & elicit a response to these concerns
Organise a follow up review before completing the ITA

ur first reports wr really good but recently they don’t seem so good. I am sorry about this becoz i was really happy with ur progress
