Taste is light, more fragrant and fruity than GInjo Sake. No alcohol is added.

Gekkeikan “Horin” 300 ml - Refreshing, mild flavor
Junmai Ginjo
Taste is layered, conmplex but still light and fragrant. Alcohol could be added.
Rihaku “Wondering Poet” 720 ml
Yoshinogawa “Winter Warrior” 720 ml - Clean taste with guava and mango flavors.
Yamagata Honten “Kaori” 300 ml
Kikusui Organic “Chrysanthemum Mist” 300 ml
Tentaka Kuni “Hawk in the Heavens” 300 ml
Murai Family “Tanrei” 720 ml - Dry and crisp with subtle melon and apple flavors
Yamahai Junmai, No Warsuremono “Forgotten Japanese Spirit” 300 ml
Honjozo
Distilled alcohol is added. Generally lighter than Junmai. Best at room temperature or warmed.

Nigori (Unfiltered)
Cloudy appearance. The sweetest of all sake with a fruity mild flavor. Great drink to compliment spicy foods or as a dessert wine. Bottle must be shaken prior to serving.
Rihaku “Dreamy Clouds” 720 ml - Nutty and slightly fruity profile that blends well with sweet rice flavors.
