Cambodian Fried Rice

A: Egg, Fish, Gluten, Sesame
Dish had 2 types of rice: brown and sweet. Stir fried with vegetables, sweet fish sauce, palm sugar, egg and chicken. Garnished with cilantro, lime, scallion and mild chilies.
Can be made vegetarian.
Chow Foon
A: Gluten, Sesame, Shellfish
Cantonese recipe of wok fried wide rice noodles topped with stir fry beef, chicken, shrimp, Shanghai bok choy, carrots and garlic sauce. Garnished with crispy shallots.
Hawaiian Steak Fried Rice

Cubed sirloin steak, diced onions, napa cabbage, peas and fresh pineapple topped with a fried egg.
House Fried Rice

A: Egg, Gluten, Sesame, Shellfish
Wok fried rice cooked to order. Jasmine rice with egg, soy, sesame oil, mixed veggies, beansprouts, onions, chicken, shrimp, pork.
Can be made vegetarian.
Lo Mein

Fresh locally made thin egg noodles. Tossed with Chinese vegetables, soy and sesame. Available in choices of veggie, chicken, beef or pork.
Singapore Noodles

A: Egg, Gluten, Sesame, Shellfish
Wok fried rice vermicelli noodles served with shrimp, scallop and pork, eggs and onion. Tossed with spicy chili oil, curry, beansprouts and our house made XO sauce.
Steak and Kimchi Fried Rice

Cubed prime sirloin steak, diced onion, napa cabbage, kimchi and topped with a fried egg and Korean Chili Flakes. Served with a side of kimchi infused garlic chili oil.
Traditional Pad Thai

A: Egg, Fish, Gluten, Nuts, Sesame
Classic wok fried rice noodle dish with chicken, tofu, egg, beansprouts, fish sauce, tamarind, preserved plum, onion, scallion and lots of crushed peanuts.
Can be made without peanuts.
