What is U.K. Sports talent recruitment programme?
Phase 1- involves skill based tests, including sports and jumps aswel as strength tests
Phase 2/3- further assessment of the athletes suitability for the sport and preparation for training and development
What is the main role of elite sport?
To invest money to maximise the performance of U.K. athletes in global events.
How do U.K. Sport help their athletes?
They provide them with a salary of either £36,000-£60,000 (podium) or £23000-£40000 (potential podium)
