glandular features of sjogren syndrome
A
xerophthalmia(dry eyes) which can cause FBS in eye, conjunctivitis, redness itching , blurred vision
xerostomia (dry mouth) which can cause dysphagia, tongue fissures, increased dental caries
combo of both sicca syndrome
also may have throat dryness causing coughing, vaginal dryness causing dyspareunia
