What indicators show that a clips speed has been changed?
A blue speed segment in the time line indicates an increased speed. An orange speed segment indicates a decreased speed.

In the retime editor, click the speed percentage pop-up menu and choose Change End Source Frame. When the tiny filmstrip icon appears, drag it left or right and watch the viewer until you see the frame you want to use.

Select a clip in the timeline and from the retime pop-up menu in the toolbar, choose speed ramp-0%. The clip is segmented into four parts with different speed percentages. To customize the speed ramp, drag any of the four retiming handles to set the speed you want.
