What is the lower third?
The lower third is a television industry term for a graphic placed in the lower area of the screen usually to convey details about subjects or products. Most commonly, this is used to identify individuals on the screen with their names and job titles.
What is a cutaway shot?
A shot that is related to the current subject and occurs in the same general time frame. Often, cutaway shot is used to eliminate an unwanted visual section of another shot. The audio usually remains continuous during the cut away.
What is the keyboard shortcut to add a connected clip to the primary storyline?

The connected clip will be added at the playhead if there is no skimmer present. If the skimmer is present the clip will be connected at the skimmer position.
