nose polyps, cardiomegaly
Management of CF
If colonised with S. aureus and pseudomonas = antibiotics prophylactically
CREON - to absorb E (for exocrine panc. deficiency)
Anual OGTT + CGMS and insulin - endocrine panc deficiency
Laxido, gastrograffin and fluids to prevent bowel obstruction
TIPSS if portal hypertension
