Therefore, over the course of the project, the progress line on a burnup chart will move upward, showing the increasing amount of work that has been completed. The advantage of using this chart is that it can show changes in scope, making the impact of those changes visible.
Burnup Charts
With this conflict resolution technique, the parties retreat or postpone a decision on a problem.
Withdrawal (avoidance)
