How does the presentation of scleritis differ to episcleritis?
A
Scleritis painful, vessels don’t blanch with phenylephrine drops, requires systemic steroids
Episcleritis not painful, vessels will blanch with phenylephrine drops, associated with IBD & RA

Post-strep: proteinuria as well as haematuria, 1-2 weeks following strep throat, low complement levels
IgA: present concurrently/ soon after URTI with haematuria
