A very mild, not salty tasting oyster. Clean finish, with very minimum brine. Served with mignonette and cocktail sauce and a lemon wedge. 1⁄2 doz $12, 1 doz $22

(summer menu)- Little Neck Clams
Our little necks are from northeast shores.
Around 1 1/2”-2” round they are sweet and just slightly chewy.
Chosen for eating raw because of their smaller size then other hard shell clams, which makes them not as chewy and tough. Served with cocktail sauce, horseradish, and lemon.

Inform people that they are wild domestic from Gulf of Mexico- strong selling point.
