SUMMER MENU - Jumbo Lump Crab Cake

Jumbo lump blue crab meat,
Seared and oven baked.
Served with picked corn and arugula salad.
Our crab cake is almost all crab meat. We only use a small amount of crushed Ritz crackers and mayo as filler to bind the cake. This is a good selling point, because most restaurants go heavy on the filler to cut cost. $M.P. D/E/G

Lobster
**Note: Sometimes our lobsters are soft shells, means the lobster has recently molted its shell. They are not as common as hard shell because they are very fragile to ship and often die, but the meat, although not as full in the shell as hard-shells, the meat tends to be sweeter.
1.25 lb. Our lobster is always fresh and comes from Maine. Served with corn and house coleslaw. $M.P.
