(All margaritas get an up-charge, ring as the liquor and then modify with the marg button, all margs come in pint glasses, and any of them can come with a corona inside for $4)

2 oz house tequila over ice, top with house margarita mix. Shake. Garnish with lime.
Margarita mix in 5 gallon bucket:

In a pint put mint leaves (four or five), four limes, five sugar cubes, muddle, top with ice, 1.5 oz of light rum, shake. Pour in a highball top with soda. Mint and lime garnish.

In a pint put four limes, five sugar cubes, muddle, top with ice, 1.5 oz of vodka, shake. Pour in a highball top with soda.

1. 5 oz gin, 1 oz lemon juice, 1 oz simple, top with soda. Build in the glass. Garnish with a lemon.

In a pint wet one sugar cube with bitters, muddle with one cherry and a half an orange slice. Add 2 oz bourbon, shake over ice, pour into a rocks glass. Splash of soda.

3. 5 oz whiskey, .5 sweet vermouth, two dashes of bitters, shaken or stirred and strain. Garnish with a cherry.

2. 5 oz vodka (or citron vodka) .5 triple sec (or orange liqueur), 1 oz cran, splash of lime. Shake and strain. Lime garnish.

3 oz gin (gin is standard vodka gimlet can be made if they specify that’s what they want) .75 oz fresh lime, and .25 oz simple syrup. Shake and strain. Lime garnish. Can also be served on the rocks, but up is the default.

Shake the gin, simple, and lemon, strain into a flute, top with sparkling wine.
