3. Make sure manager knows to tell kitchen.
Communicate. Work together.
Our friends are already here. Can we join them?

If you are able, and the kitchen and servers are not under duress, seat the party. Inform a floor manager immediately that you have seated a 12 top. If there is a wait, assess wait times on both the patio and roof deck. Let guests know that during our peak season it may take longer to accommodate larger parties. Parties of 12 or larger are provided with the option of splitting up into smaller groups for prompter service. If parties of 12 or more choose to sit together, regardless of wait time, they need to know their server may stagger the parties food and drink orders. This means that groups of guests in the party may receive food and drinks a few minutes apart. If a party of 12 or more does not approve, let them know they are more than welcome to make reservation via our website on future visits for prix fixe dining.
