There isn’t one. Power is only removed by lowering and latching the pantographs or shutting down and grounding the centenary system p24

How are diesel electric locomotives shut off for emergencies?
A
They’re all equipped with 3 clearly marked emergency fuel shut offs. One on rear wall about in the middle of the locomotive cab. And the other two in the outside midpoint

How long does it take fuel shut offs to shut down a diesel electric locomotive?
A
Anywhere from several seconds to a minute. Make sure to press and hold for 10 seconds
