I came across this position online, and what immediately caught my attention was Ntrepid’s identity as a product company that delivers powerful solutions for government customers. Not many companies emphasize being product-focused, and as someone who’s deeply passionate about building impactful products, this really resonated with me. I’ve always wanted to create solutions that solve real problems for users and bring them a delightful experience. So, Ntrepid’s emphasis on products makes it feel like a place I could thrive and make meaningful contributions.
Additionally, having lived in McLean for over 13 years, I’m well-connected to the government and contracting community through friends and family. I’ve always admired Ntrepid as a mid-sized, tech-driven company that’s uniquely focused on products in a way that stands apart from larger, more traditional contracting firms. I’m someone who embraces challenges, and I’d love the opportunity to help Ntrepid grow, face bigger challenges, and make an even greater impact in the field.
