What occurs in the preparation stage?

A

Determine what skill is being analysed (what), how it is going to be observed (how), and why it’s being analysed whether it be for technique or decreasing the risk of injury (why)

What occurs in the observation stage?

A

The skill is recorded/measured, where coaches may view the performance of the subject through live viewing or recording or both.

What occurs in the evaluation stage?

A

The quality of the skill is judged and problems are identified, how they’re caused and finding a solution of the problem.
Evaluation is subjective and can vary from person to person and must be valid and reliable

A
