What is Fartlek training?
Running training which varies with speed & intensity
What is Continuous training?
Any sort of training that doesn’t require rest intervals (breaks)
What is Circuit training?
Training that involves 6-10 exercises. Exercises with short rest in-between where you’re working different muscle groups.
What is Interval training?
Training exercises that change from high intensity to low intensity.
What is Plyometric training?
Types of exercises that use speed & force with different movements.
What is Flexibility training?
Training exercises that improve ones flexibility.
What is Weight training?
Training with weights to improve the strength of a specific muscle group.
