What is individual needs?
Making exercises based on the clients weaknesses to improve themselves.
What is specificity?
Making exercises specific and aimed at the certain sport
What is progression?
Gradually improving in terms of exercises & ability.
What is adaptation?
When the body adapts to certain exercises and improves in that area.
What is rest & recovery?
When your body takes some time off of exercise to relax and recovery is what you do to improve your body for when it goes back into high intensity.
What is variation?
Using a wide range of activities based on the sport to not create boredom
What does FITT stand for?

What is overload?
An increase in rep or weights due to adaptation.
