by constantly re-evaluating our surroundings we can establish escape routes

what is a Police Pursuit:
means the operation of an emergency vehicle for the purpose of apprehending a suspect in a vehicle refusing to stop or attempting to evade police
Rules of Engagement:
Do not initiate a puirsuit for any offence other than a known criminal code or CDSA offence taking into considerations the seriousness of the offence
