list the first level of intox and explain:
Drinking/ Drug use with no ill effects
list the second level of intoxication:
Impaired: Not intox but ability to perform tasks is impaired
List the third level of intoxication:
Intoxication: where the person is unable to take care of himself but has not yet lost control of their motor coordination
list the fourth level of intoxication:
Intox and incapable: where the person has now been overcome by intoxicant and has lost motor control
list the fifth level of intoxication:
Life threatning intoxication: where the person has loss consciousness.
what is the purpose of IPDA and subsequent police involvement:
we are there to protect: safety for public, the IPDA from others, Other agencies, themselves.
