Types of paradoxial breathing
Hoove rsign
Hoover - inf chest inward - hyperexpansion
Paradoxial - chest goes out and abdomen comes in
Reverse paradoxial - chest goes in and abdomen out (lower cervical lesions)
Metastatic lung cancer
Not rare for lung cancer to present with seizures
Relapsing polychondritis
Saddle nose deformities
Ear inflammation
Laryngeal edema so might get stridoer
Blasto
Think broad based budding yeast
Can mimic SCC
Genitourinary involvement is not uncommon
