A
An AHS Peace Officer would not go into the community to apprehend under 40(1), but we could take over the apprehension at the hospital and restrict the subject from leaving.

What is an officer permitted to do under Section 50(2) of the Public Health Act?
A
Apprehend and convey subjects who have violated their isolation orders to a facility. AHS CPO’s will not apprehend a subject from the community, but this also allows them to prevent the subject from leaving the facility once they are returned.
