Legally, what is considered advanced intoxication?
Intoxication to the point where the accused lacks SPECIFIC INTENT, therefore does things they wouldn’t normally. They act on GENERAL INTENT. There is reasonable doubt as to their mens rea (guilty conscience).

Legally, what is extreme intoxication?
Extreme intoxication will be akin to automatism. They will be unable to control themselves or perform normal functions that even subjects under advanced intoxication could. This may include the inability or extreme difficulty with moving, speaking, or bodily functions.
