A

Schizophrenia with Depression or Mania, or both

Criteria = Hallucinations/delusions must be present > 2 weeks w/o Sxs of DEPRESSION (psychomotor slowing, Suicidal ideations) or MANIA (grandiosity, euphoria, hypersensitivty)

Tx = 1/2 Antipsychotics, Antidepressants (SSRI/SNRI), Mood stabilizers*
