confined to DIP of hands/feets, symmetric polyarthritis, spondylitis with/without joint involvement, asymmetric oligoarthritis with dactylitis, arthritis mutilans
what are the clinical features of psoriatic arthritis
nail pitting + onycholysis, dactylitis, enthesitis, extra articular features(eg uveitis)
what blood tests are done for psoriatic arthritis
inflammatory parameters raised(eg CRP,ERV), negative RF
what is seen in an X-ray for psoriatic arthritis
marginal erosions + “whiskering”, “pencil in cup” deformity, osteolysis, enthesitis
what disease is enteropathic arthritis associated with
IBD(9-20% have an IBD)
what joints does enteropathic arthritis present in
several joints, especially knees, ankles, elbows and wrists
what can cause the symptoms of enteropathic arthritis to worsen
flare-ups of IBD

loose, watery stool with mucous and blood

weight loss, fever, uveitis, enthesitis, apthous ulcers

upper and lower GI endoscopy, joint aspirate, raised inflammatory markers, X-ray/MRI, ultrasound scan
