A high biological value protein is a protein that provides all the essential amino acids for the body

What happens if you have too much protein in your diet
Protein contains nitrogen and a high amount of this can cause harm to the Brady in our urine
The liver and kidneys have to work harder o get rid of the nitrogen and stress could cause them harm .
