What is saturated fat
They are animal fats with the excepted of coconut
This fat block and can stick to the hearts attires causing a high risk of heart attacks ( known as the bad cholesterol)
What is unsaturated fat
Vegetable fats with the exception of oily fish that contains omega-3
It helps ferry away cholesterol from the attires and take it to the liver where it is broken down in to bile

What are trans fats
Polyunsaturated fats that are artificially hardened by adding hydrogen.these cause an increase risk of heart desise,rejuvenation arthritis and are linked with some cancers.
Effects of too much fat in the diet
Can lead to obesity
