A

1: Transcription: Instructions are copied from DNA onto messenger RNA (mRNA) in the nucleus
2: mRNA leaves the nucleus onto the ribosomes
3. Translation: Ribosomes read instructions and make proteins using amino acids
4. Proteins are packaged and ready for release
