Q

On your project the zig zag building, you talk about assessing programme vs progress on site. How do you do this and how would you advise your client if you noted an error in terms of the contractors progress and what they are reporting.

A

I would always do a site visit with a copy of the most current programme when walking the site to ensure the project is on track. if there was an error i would notify my client once I had left site.

Q

On your chubb project you talk about drafting a strategic programe. What is this and how does it differ from other programmes

A

I completed a strategic programme on the tender process as this was an important park of the project for my client. A strategic programme is a snapshot of the details of a particular part of the main programme which has everything included.
