Controls how your personal information is used by organisations businesses or the government

6 years if the contract is signed underhand
12 years if its signed as a deed
RICS recommends 15 years

We have folders for each of the projects and only the people working on these projects have access to them. Anything confidential would be password protected and only those that can have access would have the password for this.
Certain folders are only accessed by HR or Partner level

Provides the public access to information held by public authorities – either the organisation has to publish certain info or the public can request it using a SARS.
